Storage & Sales
We provide secured indoor and outdoor storage licensed by the Province of Ontario. Our network of dealers and auction providers ensure you receive maximum return on your recovered assets.

Commercial tenancy disputes
Applicable, but limited to the following examples:

Lease terminations (ex: unpaid rent, breach or other lease terms)

Unpaid repairs
We assist with registering and enforcing repair liens by sending out notices and recovering the asset.

Abandoned vehicles
We remove vehicles from public and private property. The vehicle is stored on our clients behalf and a notice is sent out to the registered owner of the abandoned vehicle.

Lien registration/verification
We ensure your liens are registered in compliance with the law. We also verify third party liens against client assets (i.e. vehicle, business equipment)
