Kay Bailiff & Adjustment Inc. was established in 1953; it has since grown to become one of the most trusted bailiff companies in Ontario. When you retain our services, you can be assured that we will take the time to get to know your team, your requirements and expectations to provide tailored solutions at a reasonable cost.
 
We look forward to working with your team to ensure that we can provide you with valuable input beyond the standard cookie cutter approach. Our team members come from a variety of industries including but not limited to, cyber security,  banking, real-estate, automotive and retail. This allows us to better understand the unique requirements of your industry. 

OUR STORY

1953

Bob McKay establishes Kay Bailiff & Adjustment Inc.

Kay Bailiff is established

1979

Peter Warmington becomes president

Leaving a respected career in banking, Peter Warmington pursues a long held interest in asset recovery, eventually becoming president.

1980's

Team of 5 employees 

The company begins to expand with additional bailiffs and office personnel. 

1981

The company created its own electronic database; FlowWorks

FlowWorks is created to assist in monitoring and analyzing our clients’ cases in real time. The system allows us to efficiently intervene and manage client files without delay. Kay Bailiff is able to take the raw data obtained from this system to update and improve our client management process.   

2015

Kay Bailiff grows and expands management structure 

Kay Bailiff brings on board a new appointed bailiff to expand the team.

2017

Team expands to 25 employees

Kay Bailiff continues to grow following the onboarding of a new appointed bailiff. 

2025 - 

Kay Bailiff onboards additional bailiffs

Additional bailiffs are onboarded to expand services across Ontario.
